If you are not 100% ‘In Love’ with your purchase, return it for your money back! Our policy lasts 30 days. If you are not 100% satisfied with your VISTAOTTICA glasses. We will refund the purchase price of any non-Rx orders returned within 30 days of the ship date.

How do I exchange my items?

You can exchange your product within 30 days of the delivered date.
- Contact our customer support team at with what product you are returning and what product you would like to exchange it for. If the price of the exchanged item is lower, we will refund you the difference.

You can return your product within 30 days of the delivered date.
- Must be returned in the original packaging and are unworn or undamaged (Trying them on is fine).

When will I receive my refund?

- Once your item is delivered back to us and inspected, we will issue a refund and typically received within 48 hours.

If item arrived defective:

- Email at with photos of the defect, and we will send a return label for your item and replace the item for free.

Shipping on all orders:

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours for the order to ship. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM PST will be shipped out the following business day. If you place your order after 11 AM PST on Friday, your order will most likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Prescription eyewear orders:

Allow 3-5 business days for your shipping to update for all prescription glasses. Your glasses have to get shipped to our optical laboratory to customize your lenses first. Once they customize your lenses, they will then send them directly to your door. This whole process usually takes about 3 to 5 business days to ship your eyewear.
